Family Law
We assist with family law services including children's issues, property settlement, divorce, de facto and same sex relationships. We consider the family unit and children to be at the core of all issues, even as relationships end. It is with this in mind we aim to resolve your matter in an efficient and as stress free manner as possible.
Child Protection
We assist with child protection matters in the Youth court and SACAT. Providing advice and representation to parents, grandparents, other family members and foster carers.
Criminal Law
We assist with simple criminal matters in the Youth and Magistrates' Courts, guilty pleas, negotiations, defending charges and bail applications. We understand people do not choose to become involved with the criminal justice system. This is why we will deal with your matter as promptly and discreetly as possible.
Intervention Orders
We assist with both applications for and the defence of intervention orders, whether brought by individuals or SA Police. We can assist with negotiations and representation. We understand that allegations are often personal and form only part of the story.
Victims of Crime
We assist with your application for Victims of Crime compensation, including drafting your claim, negotiating and seeking interim payments for costs related to your injuries.
