We assist with child protection matters in the Youth court and SACAT. Providing advice and representation to parents, grandparents, other family members and foster carers. We offer advice, assistance and representation for parents and carers who have or may be at risjk of having children removed from their care. 

We can assist with:

Advice in relation to an existing or proposed safety plan
Representation in the Youth Court
Negotiations as to terms of a guardianship order
Preparation of application for external review to SACAT regarding a child who is subject to a long term guardianship order.
